Whitewater Valley  Pro Bono Commission

Whitewater Valley Pro Bono Commission is a non-profit organization that provides free legal assistance to low income residents of Wayne County in Indiana who have Wayne County cases. We regret that we are unable to handle any matters outside of Wayne County.

However, we CAN assist residents of Randolph, Union, and Wayne Counties with keeping their homes from foreclosure. Please review our mortgage foreclosure defense page for more information.

Attorneys are available for legal advice on family law, guardianships, landlord/tenant, employment and other civil law issues.  Whitewater Valley Pro Bono does not offer legal services for criminal matters, bankruptcy, or cases in which a monetary award could be granted.  We do NOT do expungements or driving license issues.

We are pleased to now be offering MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE assistance. Time is of the essence in these matters so immediately, upon receiving notice of a mortgage foreclosure, contact our office.

We are having our annual "RACE FOR JUSTICE" on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Glen Miller. Here is the online registration link:
